Naturopathic medicine blends together a wide variety of therapeutic modalities including pharmaceutical management, herbal medicine, diet & lifestyle support, therapeutic supplementation, hands on therapies, and much more. In the state of Washington, Naturopathic Physicians are licensed primary care physicians with a complete scope of practice to prescribe medications, run labs/imaging, refer to specialists, as well as diagnose and treat disease. Naturopathic medicine focuses on supporting patients with preventing and treating illness as well as optimizing their health on all levels.

Direct Primary Care
At Radiance Naturopathic, we offer primary care through a Direct Primary Care model. This means that instead of billing insurance for routine medical visits, care is provided through transparent, time-of-service pricing. This approach allows us to focus on what matters most — delivering thoughtful, personalized medical care without the restrictions often created by insurance billing.
Traditional insurance-based systems frequently limit the amount of time providers can spend with patients and restrict the number of concerns address each visit based on billing requirements. By practicing outside of these constraints, our physicians are able to spend more time listening, investigating root causes of symptoms, and developing individualized treatment plans.
The Direct Primary Care model allows us to provide:

• More personalized care and follow-up
• Transparent pricing without unexpected bills
• Greater flexibility in what we address visit to visit
While we do not bill insurance for visits, many patients are still able to use insurance for laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and specialist care when needed.
Our goal is to create a healthcare experience that prioritizes time, transparency, and a deeper patient-doctor relationship, allowing us to provide the level of care that modern healthcare systems often struggle to deliver.
