She utilizes a multi-pronged approach with her patients to meet the level of dis-ease they are dealing with to the intensity of treatment deployed. She pulls on all of the modalities she has ascess to, to ensure patients can achieve the healing and support they deserve – pulling on everything from pharmaceutical management to herbal medicine, homeopathy, supplements, diet & lifestyle changes, craniosacral therapy, and more.

Dr. Gould’s clinical interests include supporting patients living with complex chronic ailments including, but not limited to – autoimmune diseases, ME/CFS, EDS, MCAS, POTS, GI Disorders, Environmental Medicine (mold toxicity, etc), Women’s Health (a special focus on endometriosis/adenomyosis, and PCOS), and Fertility.

Outside of the clinic, Emma enjoys spending time adventuring around Washington with her partner & daughter. She loves being outdoors, feeding her bunnys and chickens, foraging for berries in the forrest, hiking, and snowboarding when the weather allows.
