Women's Health & Gynecology
Women’s health encompasses far more than reproductive health alone. Hormonal changes, menstrual health, fertility, and the transitions that occur throughout life can influence nearly every aspect of well-being. From the onset of menstruation through the reproductive years, pregnancy planning, perimenopause, and menopause, each stage of life brings unique health considerations that deserve thoughtful, individualized care.
At Radiance Naturopathic Medical Group, we support women throughout the lifespan, providing comprehensive care that considers both immediate concerns and long-term health. We recognize that symptoms such as painful periods, irregular cycles, hormonal changes, and difficulties conceiving can have complex underlying causes, and that navigating these concerns can be frustrating when answers or effective treatment options are difficult to find.
Our providers have a particular clinical interest in complex women’s health conditions, including endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and fertility concerns. We take the time to understand your health history, investigate potential contributing factors, and develop an individualized plan that reflects your symptoms, priorities, and goals. Whether you are seeking answers to longstanding symptoms, support through a major life transition, or guidance on your reproductive health, our goal is to help you feel heard, informed, and supported in your care.

Our Approach to Women’s Health
Comprehensive Evaluation & Investigation
We begin by taking the time to understand your health history, symptom patterns, menstrual and reproductive history, previous diagnoses, and response to past treatments. When appropriate, we use targeted laboratory testing and other diagnostic investigations to assess potential hormonal, metabolic, nutritional, or other contributing factors. We also recognize when imaging, specialist evaluation, or collaboration with gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, or other providers may be necessary for some circumstances.
Rather than assuming that every symptom is simply a normal part of menstruation, aging, or hormonal change, we work to understand what may be contributing to your experience and determine which findings can meaningfully guide your care.
Individualized Treatment & Symptom Management
Women’s health concerns rarely have a single solution that works for everyone. Your care plan is tailored to your specific condition, symptoms, medical history, treatment preferences, and goals. Depending on your needs, treatment may include conventional medications, hormonal therapies when appropriate, herbal medicine, targeted supplementation, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and other individualized interventions.
For complex conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS, we consider the broader clinical picture rather than focusing on one symptom in isolation. We aim to support symptom relief, address relevant contributing factors, and coordinate care when additional medical or specialty treatment is indicated.
Support Through Every Stage of Life
Women’s health needs change over time, and care should evolve with them. From supporting women through their first period and puberty to concerns about menstrual health, reproductive planning, postpartum changes, perimenopause, and beyond, we provide ongoing support tailored to your changing needs and priorities.
Our goal is to build a collaborative relationship in which you feel comfortable asking questions, understand your treatment options, and have a partner in navigating your health throughout every stage of life.
