Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a fee.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are considered late cancellations and will be subject to a $45 late cancellation fee. Some exceptions may apply at the discretion of the clinic.

After 3 or more late cancellations, any future late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled visit.

No-Shows

An appointment is considered a no-show when a patient does not attend their scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice. A $75 no-show fee will automatically be charged to the card on file.

After 2 or more no-shows, any future no-shows will be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled visit.
